Who is Kaori Night?First I would like to say modeling is a passion and an expressive art form for me. I am a professional model with a professional attitude and I also strive to meet the creative vision of my photography team as well as my own. I am pretty easy going as far as how shoots run and I thrive on constructive criticism. I am certainly not offended if my position or expression is corrected, in fact I prefer it if something does not look right. When I model I play characters. I am the damsel in distress, the temptress, the addict, the living terror from your worst nightmare. Whatever face I am given I will deliver to my fullest.
I have been modeling since I was 14 and enjoy a variety of looks. I am educated and respectful, and I love experimenting with concepts. I am happily married with two children who always come first in my world and I ask that whoever I work with respects that fact and does not cross those boundaries. Just because I have done implied nudes in the past does not entitle anyone to expect or demand such performances from me in the future, no matter how many times we have worked together.
For my own comfort and protection I always come with an escort. My escorts have never interfered with the shooting process and are often only within ear-shot and not physically within sight. If you are concluding that I sound untrusting, it is because I am. My escorts are either friends or contributing artists that I know personally and who will add creative elements to our shoot (such as a makeup artist or stylist).
My Training
I was a dancer in my youth and focused primarily on ballet and modern dance. In college I took two years of theater arts under Tony Carreiro, David Herman, Greg Mortensen, and Gary Christensen (stage makeup).
My life right now
I am a full time student and stay at home mother. I am taking very limited assignments and taking priority to those with compensation. I am always happy to hear ideas and if I do not schedule a day to shoot it does not mean I am not interested, but that my schedule does not allow me to take a particular assignment at this time.
