I believe that when a model and photographer get together they are creating something TOGETHER, thus each party has equal rights to any and all photos produced. Never does a party give up full rights to the images created. If charged for a shoot we all agree on the terms of usage for the photos.
  I consider myself an artist and like expressing myself and leanrning from photos through all mediums. I put my all into my creations in front and behind the camera. To put it bluntly: If you don't like people messing with your photos, please don't take pictures of my face.
