MY TERMS

SCHEDULING  When scheduling a date to shoot, please inform me what days of the week you are free. Once a date is agreed upon you have a minumum of 12 hours before the shoot to cancel via email. In case of emergencies please call my cell phone (I will provide my number 24 hours before our shoot or when a shoot date is set). I will not reschedule with anyone who fails to give me a courtesy cancellation call.

PHOTO USAGE  I have two of my own model releases; one for PAID and one for TFP assignments. Either or MUST be signed before the end of our meeting. If they are not, neither party is allowed to use the images. If it is later agreed that one party will sell any TFP images, then the other must be informed and compensated. If the model is paid and the photographer later chooses to sell the images for personal profit (contests, gallery shows, et cetera), then he may without further payment to the model. If images are sold for commercial purposes (print adds, billboards, et cetera), then the model must receive a share of profits, paid at shoot date or not. I do NOT charge for students or personal projects as long as they meet the guidelines stated above and outlined in my contract agreements.
I am more than willing to pay (or help pay) for any prints not provided from a TFP (or paid shoot).

IN THE PAST   I have had a fair number of photographers become unprofessional with me, before, during and after our meeting. My personal preference is my cell phone number be erased after our shoot is over (this excludes the few I have had repeated shoots with). If I receive any calls (or emails for that matter) outside the realm of photography and modeling I will not hesitate to take the measures needed to prevent these messages from happening again. I'm a very private person. I will not get in to the details of my relationships, beliefs, or sexuality with any photographer, nor will I tolerate being objectified, whistled at, or touched by my photographer. If these behaviors begin on set I will leave immediately. It is very seldom I would ever ask a photographer to never contact me again, but it has been done. Please respect my boundaries.

MY ENTOURAGE  Any photographer should note now I ALWAYS COME WITH AN ESCORT. I will not work with any photographer who "doesn't like the model's boyfriend/husband hanging around the shoot". Whom ever accompanies me will not interfere with our creativity and is there for my own security and mental well being. It should also be noted I have a small child. I can't always find a sitter. My escort (as well as for my safety) watches my runt. If you don't like kids then you probably won't like working with me. I will not, however, bring children on any paid assignments or commercial shoots.

TERMS OF PHOTO USE

For PAID ASSIGNMENTS: According to our previous agreement, I request the first (hour) to be paid up front and before we begin shooting. I will require reimbursement for new wardrobe bought is not provided in most cases.
For TFP ASSIGNMENTS: I will not charge any fees, however I do expect a copy of every image (or every final image). I also must require that we both go through and agree on what images are published. I will not post any retouched image without having the OK from my photographer. In return I expect the same courtesy.
No images may be sold without proper consent and compensation. No one party has full rights that the other doesn't. The use of photos will be null and void if the agreement is breached and neither party will be allowed to display the images.
Either party involved may edit or alter the photos as seen fit. Only THEY (or who they give permission to) will be allowed to tamper with the image's original look. Both will forfeit their rights to display the photos in their portfolio, or sell the images if a proper agreement could not be made.
For paid assignments, the first hour of payment (or half of the final price, if not charged hourly) must be paid up front before the meeting begins. The contract(s) will explicitly state the fees for the session and the amount that total will be paid after. Both the photographer and the model agree to how much time was spent on the shoot, the final fees, and each sign the release upon final payment to the model at the end.
Terms of the contract are not valid and photo usage is prohibited until there are three signatures to the release. The paid party will not provide a post shoot signature until they is paid in full. The paying photographer must also keep his distance and not pressure the model into any situations she does not feel comfortable in, nor may the paid model provocatively display herself in any manner that may be uncomfortable for the photographer.
